• $160 for 38–52 minute sessions

• $185 for 53-60 minute sessions

• $215 for a 75-minute biopsychosocial intake (required for all new clients)

• Release & Restore Intensive:

  • $1,250 for a 1-day intensive (1 session, 3 hours)

  • $2,000 for a 2-day intensive (2 sessions, 3 hours each; 6 hours total)

  • $2,750 for a 3-day intensive (3 sessions, 3 hours each; 9 hours total)

  Customized intensive packages are available and can be discussed during consultation.

We do not offer a formal sliding scale. A limited number of reduced fee spots are available on a case-by-case basis for individuals with demonstrated financial need. If cost is a concern, please let us know during the consultation process and we'll explore what options may be available.

Payment is accepted via credit/debit card, HSA, and FSA.

I am currently in-network with Aetna and Medicare.

If you plan to use insurance, I recommend contacting your provider directly to understand your benefits, including your deductible, copay, and any limitations for outpatient mental health services.

I also offer services as a private-pay practice.

If I am not in-network with your plan you may still be eligible for out-of-network (OON) reimbursement, depending on your benefits. Out-of-network benefits may offset session fees of $160–$215.

I have partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you. With Thrizer, you will only have to pay a copay for our sessions post-deductible, instead of paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursements. During our intake process, I can help you verify if you have out-of-network benefits and how much your copay would be.

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions not changed within that window will be charged an $85 late cancellation/no-show fee.

We also continue to offer telehealth sessions for clients anywhere in Florida, allowing you to choose the format that best supports your comfort and schedule.

Online sessions are held via Sessions Health, a secure and user-friendly telehealth platform. You’ll receive a private link before your session. All you need is a quiet space, a strong internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone.

Your first session will be 75 minutes, giving us space to slow down and connect in a supportive, nonjudgmental way. While it’s structured, it will feel conversational and collaborative. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, clarify your goals, and begin identifying the patterns and strengths that will guide our work together.

Absolutely. While many of my clients are millennial women of color seeking a therapist who understands the intersections of identity, culture, and trauma, my practice welcomes anyone who values a compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed approach. My focus on this group honors the need for representation in mental health—not limitation. Healing is a human experience, and everyone deserves a space where they can be heard and supported.

You have the right to receive a “GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
