Where embodied healing begins.

Abide Movement™ is a somatic healing practice, a space to breathe, release, and reconnect with yourself.

Created for Women of Color navigating emotional exhaustion, anxiety, and the silent weight of responsibility, these sessions go beyond physical exercise.

Through gentle, intentional movement and guided body-based practices, you’ll begin to regulate your nervous system and return home to your body, one breath at a time.

This is a sacred space where your body is honored, your presence is enough, and your healing is allowed to unfold in your own unique way.

Move in the Way That Serves You

  • In Abide Movement™, there’s no “right” way to move. Each practice is about listening to your body and honoring what feels supportive in the moment.

  • Some days might look like gentle stretches and grounding breathwork; other days, it may be guided somatic exercises that release tension or reconnect you with your inner strength.

  • You get to decide what feels good for you, because true healing doesn’t come from forcing, but from creating space for your body to lead the way.

abide movement can help you heal from within.

  • Abide Movement™ uses somatic healing practices—gentle movement, guided breath, and body awareness—to help release stress and restore balance to your nervous system. It’s not about performance, it’s about presence.

  • Each session is supportive and adaptable. You’ll be guided through light to moderate movement and grounding practices that meet you where you are. No pressure to keep up—just space to listen to your body and move in ways that feel nourishing.

  • Abide Movement™ helps ease emotional exhaustion, reduce tension, and cultivate inner calm. Over time, you’ll develop practical tools to carry into daily life—so you can feel more grounded, resilient, and connected to yourself.

Ultimately, what matters most is this:

You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be present.
