I’m ERICA.

I spent 18 years in hospitality and 14 years in HR, where I saw how leadership pressure and mental health collide. As a clinician, I now support anxiety, leadership challenges, and healthier work environments.

I’ve collaborated with organizations large & small over the years. Some of my signature topics include:

  • Many leaders are carrying pressure that never gets named—ongoing stress, anxiety, and emotional fatigue that impact communication, decision-making, and team relationships. This workshop blends mental health education with trauma-aware strategies to help leaders recognize warning signs, regulate their nervous system, and respond with clarity rather than overwhelm. It’s practical, culturally informed, and designed for real workplace demands.

  • Miscommunication, avoidance, and unresolved tension quietly weaken teams. This session teaches leaders how to communicate with clarity, compassion, and accountability—skills grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, interpersonal effectiveness, and trauma-informed communication. Leaders walk away understanding how their patterns influence team dynamics and how to create a culture where people speak up, collaborate, and stay engaged.

  • A supportive workplace doesn’t happen by accident—it’s created by leaders who understand how stress, trauma histories, and organizational pressure shape behavior. In this workshop, leaders learn how to recognize emotional triggers, respond skillfully to team distress, and reduce unnecessary turnover by addressing root causes rather than symptoms. This approach integrates your EMPOWER+™ principles with practical tools leaders can apply immediately.
