You’re ready for a new approach to therapy.

You don’t have time for weekly appointments

Juggling work, family, and community leaves little room for ongoing sessions. Our intensives fit into your busy life—powerful healing in just a few focused hours, so you spend less time scheduling and more time feeling like yourself again.

You need more than just surface-level talk

Stress and tension live in your body long after words run out. By combining somatic tools and parts-based work, we help you release tension where it’s been stored, so you move from describing your pain to actually letting it go.

What is an intensive?

An intensive is a concentrated therapy experience that brings weeks of progress into a few hours.

Instead of short weekly visits, you dedicate extended time to address core patterns, release stored tension, and build new habits all at once.

  • Long, Focused Sessions
You spend uninterrupted time diving into what matters most, so you move past surface talk and into real change.

  • Body-Centered & Parts-Based Tools
We blend Somatic Experiencing® and Internal Family Systems to meet trauma where it’s stored in your body and mind, giving you practices that stick.

  • Safe, Client-Led Pace
You remain in the driver’s seat. Every exercise—breath work, pendulation, parts mapping—happens at the speed that feels right for you, ensuring you stay grounded.

1

Pre-Intensive Assessment

We’ll start with a 75-minute intake to understand your history, goals, and cultural context. Together, we’ll identify your key body signals and internal parts so our intensive is targeted and efficient.

2

Intensive
Session

Across nine focused hours (or two/three 3-hour days), you’ll use Somatic Experiencing® and IFS parts work alongside gentle movement and breath practices. Every step moves at your pace, helping you safely release tension and build new patterns of calm.

3

Post-Intensive
Follow-Up

After the session, you’ll get a concise workbook summary with journaling prompts and practice reminders, plus a 45-minute follow-up call. You’ll also have two weeks of email support to ensure you keep weaving these tools into your daily life.

Reclaim Your Body, Rewrite Your Story: 3-Day Restore & Release Intensive.

Unwind patterns rooted in your nervous system.

Do any of these feel familiar to you...

  • Tension in your chest when a memory surfaces, like your body won’t let you breathe

  • Overwhelm or numbness that shows up without warning, disrupting your day

  • Parts of you stuck in survival mode, keeping you from feeling safe in your own skin

  • Carrying extra “masks”—people-pleasing, perfectionism—just to feel seen or accepted

  • Frustration with endless talk therapy that didn’t shift the hold your trauma still has on your body

Your step-by-step intensive journey…

Day 1: Ground Your Body & Map Your Inner World

  • Discover where your “safe place” lives in your senses

  • Notice subtle signals of activation—before they take over

  • Identify protector and exile parts in your nervous system

Day 2: Gently Process a Key Memory

  • Renegotiate one key memory that still holds charge, but feels manageable enough to explore without re-traumatization

  • Practice pendulation: move between activation and ease without overwhelm

  • Invite compassionate dialogue with your inner protectors under Self leadership

Day 3: Integrate, Embody & Build Your Blueprint

  • Move through a tailored embodiment flow to anchor new patterns

  • Host an inner “team meeting” so your parts collaborate with clarity

  • Create a sustainable SE + IFS plan—your roadmap to daily resilience

Questions?

FAQs

  • That’s okay—many clients choose a 3-hour or 2-day format instead. We’ll personalize the plan based on your availability and energy

  • Yes. Everything we do is at your pace, with your consent, and grounded in simple, body-based practices. You’ll never be pushed beyond what feels manageable.

  • Not necessarily. Intensives are designed to stand alone—but you’re welcome to continue care if ongoing support feels helpful.

  • I do not accept insurance for intensives at this time. However, I can provide a superbill for psychotherapy-based sessions that may qualify for out-of-network reimbursement. It’s best to check with your insurance provider to see what they’ll cover.

  • Every body and every journey is different. Some clients experience immediate shifts in how they breathe, respond, or feel in their body. Others notice more subtle changes that deepen over time. What matters most is that the healing begins at a pace your system can sustain.

  • Before your session, I’ll guide you through a virtual intake where we explore your goals, history, and body signals. In the days leading up to your intensive, I recommend prioritizing rest, hydration, and journaling anything that surfaces. You don’t need to do anything perfectly—just arrive as you are.
