I believe healing happens at a pace that feels right for you.

Hey, I’m Sharole.

You’re someone who has been carrying a lot. Maybe you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what comes next. Maybe anxiety, stress, or a major life change has you feeling less like yourself, and it’s starting to feel like you’re handling all of it alone.

Sometimes life gets hard, and you don’t have to go through it by yourself. I want you to feel safe, heard, and understood here, free to show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out.

Together, we’ll work through what’s weighing on you, recognize the strengths you already have, and find ways to move forward one step at a time. My goal is for you to feel supported and empowered to create the life you deserve.

My background & approach

As your therapist, I take the time to understand your unique story and meet you where you are. I support teens, adults, women, and men through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, life transitions, stress, and self-esteem. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. CBT offers practical tools for managing difficult thoughts and emotions. Narrative Therapy helps you separate yourself from the problem and reclaim your story. A person-centered approach keeps you at the center of the work, always.
