Aging can bring meaningful changes in health, independence, relationships, and daily life. When grief, anxiety, depression, loneliness, or past experiences become difficult to navigate, access to compassionate mental health care can make a meaningful difference.

Getting to a therapist's office isn't always simple. Transportation, mobility, changes in health, and other barriers can make traditional outpatient therapy difficult to access.

We bring psychotherapy directly to participating assisted living communities, allowing residents to receive individualized mental health care in a familiar environment.
