Insurance Options
-
I am currently in-network with Aetna and will be accepting Medicare once credentialing is finalized.
If you plan to use insurance, I encourage you to contact your provider directly to better understand your benefits. This may include your deductible, copay, and any limitations related to outpatient mental health services.
-
In addition to insurance, I offer services as a private-pay practice.
This allows you to access care without the restrictions that can sometimes come with insurance plans. For many individuals, this means greater flexibility, increased privacy, and a more personalized approach to care.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network (OON) benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for services.
-
To support you in understanding your coverage, I partner with Thrizer, a secure platform designed to simplify the process.
Through Thrizer, you can:
Check your out-of-network benefits in minutes
Receive an estimate of potential reimbursement
Have claims submitted on your behalf
Avoid the stress of navigating insurance paperwork on your own
You can use the benefits checker below to explore your options before scheduling.

Private Pay Rates
Some clients choose not to use insurance or prefer a therapist who is not in network.
Our current rates are:
Individual therapy (38–52 minutes): $160
Individual therapy (53–60 minutes): $185
Initial intake/evaluation (75 minutes): $215
Couples or family therapy (90 minutes): $250
All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged through insurance or approved reimbursement processes.
Payment Information
A valid card on file is required for all clients
For out-of-network clients, reimbursement depends on your specific insurance plan
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are subject to an $85 fee
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services if you are not using insurance.
This is provided to support transparency and help you make informed decisions about your care. If you have questions about your estimate or financial responsibility, we will walk through it together.
Rediscover the peace you’ve been missing.
